At the end of the day my heart was still on fire because I was traumatized.

Not one of the people the people I was seeking answers from was able to provide me with the perspectives and the depth of understanding that was needed to break me free from the anxiety, hyper-vigilance, and PTSD symptoms I was suffering from.

When I finally found answers, my life changed quickly. 

And that’s exactly why do what I do. I help women working through trauma and navigating divorce so they don’t have to spend half of a decade (or half of a lifetime) searching for answers.
