Mentor and coach to women, and teacher of integral consciousness, Rikki Lee has been helping people overcome difficult transitions for the past five years. Her teachings clarify the impact of unbalanced emotions to the body, mind and spirit. This information aids her students in illuminating and articulating a clear path forward toward a life with greater integrity. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies and has studied Eastern philosophy for two decades. Her teachings clarify the impact of unbalanced emotions to the body, mind and spirit. This information aids her students in illuminating and articulating a clear path forward toward a life with greater integrity.
 

Mentor and coach to women and teacher of integral consciousness and mindfulness, Rikki Lee is influenced by several spiritual traditions out of the East and the works of Carl Jung and Ken Wilber.

Deeply committed to spiritual development, Rikki is influenced by Five Element, Buddhist and Taoist philosophy along with the works of Carl Jung and Ken Wilber. She has a devoted practice to zazen meditation, has practiced yoga for twenty years and mindfulness since two thousand and ten.  
 
Rikki holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, is a birth doula and a former designer. She is a native of Washington, D.C. and currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her family.
