As a child and domestic abuse survivor I existed but I was not living.
I am a child and domestic abuse survivor. For nearly two decades I sought medical treatment for my C-PTSD symptoms. I have completed EMDR, Electric-shock, and a vast number of pharmaceutical cocktails and absolutely none of them can hold a candle to the work I have done with Rikki. The medical system failed me in every way because it did not have the depth needed to understand my experience. The things that Rikki taught me make all the difference.
When I came to Rikki I spent the majority of my life in bed. Exhausted from the inability to sleep. My life revolved around being as efficient as I could with the little energy that I had. I was terrified of relationships so I isolated myself out of protection. I didn’t trust that a relationship would ever be worthwhile. I existed but I was not living.
Today I write to you from a place of self-empowerment. I have energy, I can sleep, and I am no longer afraid of living life and most importantly, I am secure with just myself. The work you will do will be eye-opening, confronting, and at times you will feel like you are arm-wrestling with yourself. But if you dig deep and you lean into the work can experience a life-altering change. She is the real deal and I highly recommend her!
